When cleaning the rooms of your house start at the top and work your way down.
- Dust/clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Clean windows sills, frames and tracks
- Vacuum or dust shades and blinds, wash curtains
- Wash down baseboards and doors and dust for cobwebs around the room
- Disinfect door knobs, light switches and any handles
- Select any or all of the rooms and areas that need to be painted (see our blog post on Choosing Interior Colors!)

OUTSIDE SPRING CHECKLIST
Take a walk around your exterior and begin to make a list of things you want to accomplish through the spring and summer.
- Clean your downspouts and rain gutters
- Check your sprinklers and irrigation system

- Spruce up your mailbox
- Wash windows
- Inspect your property for areas that may encourage mosquitoes by getting rid of any standing water
